Sell more, without the busywork.

Sell more without the busywork. Five short lessons for small Australian retailers on WooCommerce and WordPress: write product copy at scale, recover abandoned carts, run a 24/7 support assistant with a clean human handoff, and sync orders to Xero. Plain English, real tools, no hype, and the headless WordPress and WooCommerce angle that wins the AI-search referral.

For small Aussie retailers on WooCommerce and WordPress who want AI earning its keep across the store, not a pile of plugins you never switch on. Real tools, honest numbers, a human on the things that matter.

What you'll learn
Lesson 1 Where AI actually moves the needle Across the store funnel, from product page to checkout to the after-sale, AI pays off in a few clear places. A quick map so you spend on the spots that lift revenue, not the shiny ones. 7 min
Lesson 2 Product copy at scale Hundreds of product descriptions in your tone, in Australian English, without inventing specs. How to draft them with ChatGPT or Claude and keep a human eye on the facts. 8 min
Lesson 3 Abandoned cart and win-back Around seven in ten carts are abandoned, and an automated win-back flow earns far more per recipient than a manual blast. How to wire one to WooCommerce with a tool like Klaviyo. 8 min
Lesson 4 A 24/7 support assistant with a human handoff An assistant trained on your own FAQs, shipping and returns policy can deflect the routine questions around the clock, then hand the tricky ones cleanly to a person. How to scope one that helps rather than annoys. 8 min
Lesson 5 Connect the shop, go headless, and your 90-day plan Orders and inventory flowing to Xero via n8n or Make, the headless WordPress and WooCommerce speed and SEO angle that wins the AI-search referral, and a calm plan to roll it out. 7 min

Work through them in order. The single way in is lesson 1.

Before you start.

Is the course really free?
Yes, completely. All five lessons are free to read with no sign-up. If you'd like the fill-in workbook to plan it with your team, that's a quick email, and it's the only thing asked for anywhere on here. There's a free one-page summary too, with nothing asked for.
Who is this for?
Small Australian online retailers running, or planning, a store on WooCommerce and WordPress. It suits owners who sell online, in person, or both. No code needed: this is about judgement and what's worth doing, not plugins and config screens.
Do I need to be on WooCommerce already?
It helps, but no. The whole course is built around WooCommerce on WordPress, including the headless WordPress and WooCommerce setup, because that's the platform we know best and the one that keeps your store yours. If you're weighing up where to build, the lessons will make the case clear.
What about Shopify?
We don't cover it here. Shopify is a hosted alternative, and it's a fine option for some, but this course is for people building on WooCommerce and WordPress, where you own the store, the data and the bill. Everything here assumes that backbone.
How long does it take?
About 38 minutes all up, across five short lessons. Read it in one sitting or one lesson at a time, whatever suits.
Is this just a sales pitch?
No. It's the same honest advice JDCS would give in a conversation, written down, so you walk away genuinely more capable. If you later want a hand building or wiring up your store, the first conversation is free and you keep the plan either way.
When you're ready

Want a store built to sell and scale?

Once you've picked your first wins, the next step is fitting them into a fast, well-built store: a headless WordPress and WooCommerce front end, the automations wired up, and the back office talking to Xero. That first conversation is free, and you keep the plain-English plan either way.
